Shipping

Orders will arrive in 2-7 business days from the date your order is shipped and a notification will be emailed to you once your order is in the mail. Shipping time will be as prompt as possible! 

Ferris ships within Canada.

*All orders over $200 ship free. (except for excluded regions, see below)

Shipping to any Canadian address excluding NWT, Nunavut and Yukon - $25 flat rate. Please contact us for shipping quotes to other regions.

Returns

 Purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or receiving your order. Please email hello@ferristoronto.com to start the process if mailing an item for exchange.
